Ladiocast is provided by kawauso.com as a free app, at no cost, and is intended for use as is.

This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use Ladiocast, including the alpha versions distributed through TestFlight.

Information collection and use

Ladiocast does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal information. All settings, such as audio device selections, mixer levels and streaming destinations, are stored only on your Mac.

Microphone and audio input

Ladiocast accesses the microphone and other audio input devices on your Mac, only after you grant permission, in order to mix the audio and stream it. The audio is processed in real time on your Mac and sent only to the streaming server(s) that you configure in the app (for example, an Icecast, SHOUTcast or RTMP server). Ladiocast does not record audio to disk and does not send audio to kawauso.com or any other third party.

Streaming destinations

The server address, port, user name, password, stream name and other metadata that you enter are used solely to connect to the streaming server you specify. They are stored on your Mac only and are not transmitted to kawauso.com. The streaming servers you connect to, and the listeners of your stream, are outside of my control and are subject to their own privacy practices.

Log data

Ladiocast does not collect log data, analytics or crash reports, and contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If you use Apple's TestFlight, Apple may collect crash reports and feedback according to Apple's privacy policy and your own TestFlight settings; kawauso.com receives them only if you choose to share them.

Feedback

If you send feedback through GitHub Issues, your post and your GitHub account name are public. Please do not include passwords, stream keys or server addresses you want to keep private. If you write to me by email, I use your message and address only to reply to you.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
